NEW HAND BUYERS PRINCIPLES
We would like to offer you as a buyer a great buying experience and excellent customer service on our platform. However, in order for us to be able to meet this requirement, your help is required: Please note the following principles for your order on the New Hand marketplace. Thanks a lot!
As a private buyer, you have a right of withdrawal and return at commercial dealers within the cancellation period. The statutory cancellation period is 14 days. The seller specifies an extended revocation period in his cancellation policy. You can find the seller's cancellation policy in their shops at New Hand. The revocation must be sent to the seller and New Hand.
In the event of a cancellation, please do not send the product back freight collect, this will only result in high acceptance costs for the seller. Send the item to the seller as a simple registered letter or as a package, so that you can document the return if you lose it by post. The reimbursement of the resulting return postage is regulated by the seller's cancellation policy.
2 NEW HAND SERVICE
If an item is lost by post, New Hand will refund the full purchase amount, including postage, subject to the following provisions.
Discrepancies regarding an item that has not been received must be reported to New Hand within two weeks of the end of the agreed delivery period at email@example.com . At a later point in time, it is often impossible for us or the seller to understand how or where the item was lost.
We will not refund the purchase price if
- the buyer has not notified the non-receipt in time, or
- the seller can prove receipt of the item by presenting a delivery confirmation.
Your statutory warranty rights vis-à-vis the seller are not affected by the above provisions.
3 RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS
If you want to return an purchased item to the seller for other reasons, please first open a complaint and coordinate with New Hand regarding the other modalities. Please do not send the product back freight collect. Send the item to the seller as a simple registered letter or package so that you can prove the return if lost.
4 DELETION OF THE USER ACCOUNT
If you no longer want to have a user account with New Hand, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the email address you have registered with us and the registered first and last name. New Hand will then initiate all steps for the deletion.
